6 Vintage Glass Intaglio Cameos - 18 x 25 mm Crystal and Gold Intaglios

Description

This lot of six (6) gorgeous glass cameos is uncirculated old stock. They're 1950's-1970's vintage, manufactured in West Germany for the costume jewelry trade. The reverse painted intaglio cameos feature a Grecian woman in profile on a crystal clear glass base. The woman's head is painted a metallic gold, and the edges are faceted for a subtle touch of elegance.

The cameos in this lot measure 18x25mm, which is the middle size in these pictures. This size has a double beveled edge which is faceted on both sides. This makes them a bit thicker than most, at about 6mm high (I've tilted one up in the photos to try and give a better idea) sometimes I have them with just a single bevel, so please let me know if you'd prefer those.
