Description

This listing features one hank of vintage seed beads - most likely, Czech in origin. They were probably manufactured between the 1930's and 1950's, as is typical of this size hank.

They're 2-cut beads, in a bright transparent orange. The silver-lined holes add mega sparkle. The super close up is there to give you a better sense of color. Please note that it's very magnified, so it shows scritches and scratches that aren't visible to the naked eye ;o)

They're about the size of a modern 11/o or 12/o, and have approximately 16-18 beads per inch when strung. This is one of the old micro/mini hanks. It weighs approximately 10 grams, and consists of 12 loops measuring about 3 & 3/4" each.

♥ Suggested uses for these precious old beads include: beadweaving, bead embroidery, antique purse restoration, fiber art, mixed media collage, doll house & miniature work and collecting.
