1950's Vintage Glass Seed Bead Mini Hank in Silver Lined Teal
Description
This listing features one hank of 1950's (or older) vintage seed beads. They're most likely Czech in origin, and manufactured between the 1930's and 1950's as is typical of this size hank.
They're 2-cut beads, in a luscious transparent teal. The silver-lined holes add mega sparkle. The super close up is there to give you a better sense of color. Please note that it's very magnified, so it shows scritches and scratches that aren't visible to the naked eye ;o)
They're about the size of a modern 11/o or 12/o, and have approximately 16-18 beads per inch when strung. This is one of the old micro/mini hanks. It weighs approximately 10 grams, and consists of 10 loops measuring about 3 & 3/4" each.
♥ Suggested uses for these precious old beads include: beadweaving, bead embroidery, antique purse restoration, fiber art, mixed media collage and collecting.
