Salmon People Leather Barrette

Description

This leather barrette celebrates two things that I love about the Pacific Northwest - our amazing wildlife, and the Native people who work to protect it. The design is inspired by the awesome tribal art in this region. It has been carved into the leather, painted and embellished with a vintage mother of pearl button and freshwater pearls.

The piece measures about 4 & 1/2" wide by 2" high, and is mounted on a vintage copper French clip. It is backed with soft black ultrasuede.
