Birch Leaf Leather Barrette

Description

This sculpted leather barrette was modeled after the beautiful birch leaves on the tree behind my house. It measures about 4 & 1/2" wide by 3" high, and it's painted in shimmery shades of green.

The haripiece closes with a handcarved hairstick - I think the wood is oak, but I'm not sure. The hairstick measures about 6" long.
