Gossamer Filigree Leather Butterfly Mask in shades of Pearl, Lilac, Violet and Purple

When I was little, my classmates and I made a game of catching the moths on our playground. We devised a special way to clasp our hands, which allowed us to catch the moths without hurting them. We always let them go, but we loved to be able to hold them for just a moment ... and we were positive that the dust on their wings was magic!

This mask celebrates that memory ... it's painted in gradient shades of pearly white, soft metallic rose, violet, lilac and electric purple. The leather has been cut in a delicate filigree design, and accented with glass seed beads, vintage glass cabochons, and an assortment of vintage Swarovski crystal rhinestones.
It measures approximately 12" wide x 9" high, and ties with purple stretch lace straps.

♥ The wig head shown is a touch smaller than the average adult head, so this mask probably won't look quite as big on you as it does in these pics.
